Investment
The Growth Alignment Audit is $12,000 — a fixed fee, no surprises.
The engagement runs three to four weeks from kickoff to final walkthrough, and includes everything: the discovery work, leadership interviews, analysis, written strategic growth plan, executive presentation, and a 30-day follow-up call to check on execution.
I take on a maximum of two audits per month so each one gets the depth it needs.
If you decide to continue working together within 60 days — whether that's a Strategic Advisory retainer or a Fractional CMO engagement, the audit fee credits toward your first month.
